5.3 Clearing of a paper jam

Remove the paper, if one of the following phenomena occurs:

¾ The printer fails to feed out paper normally.

¾ Paper is feeding with load noise.

The steps for removing paper are as below:

1) Switch off the printer.

2) Open the top cover of the printer.

3) Check if there is any label stuck in the paper path or on the roller.

Clear the paper jam by removing the jammed paper, remove

any paper dust that exists and clean the roller with ethanol.

4) Close the printer top cover.
